Testing Lap Shear Strength of Adhesives for Bonding Polycarbonate

Master Bond technical experts test the lap shear strength of various epoxy compounds utilized for bonding polycarbonate to polycarbonate substrates. Testing was based on ASTM D1002, where two polycarbonate coupons were bonded together and then pulled apart in shear. Find out which compounds work best for polycarbonate bonding when considering other factors such as temperature range, chemical resistance requirements, processing considerations and more.
