EP62-1LPSPMed: Cryogenically Serviceable System for Bonding, Sealing, Coating, Encapsulating and Impregnation
image
When a two part epoxy is ideal, Master Bond offers EP62-1LPSPMed with a convenient mix ratio of 100 to 25 by weight. This ultra low viscosity system passes biocompatibility testing. Upon mixing, the viscosity is markedly low and the working life is impressively long, 12-24 hours at room temperature. It features superior resistance to EtO, radiation, chemical sterilization and autoclaving. It can be used for both reusable and disposable medical devices. In very thin sections, this system will transmit light, but in thicker ones, it is opaque.
