MasterSil 154: Addition Cured, Electrically Conductive System

Offering superb flexibility, MasterSil 154 is a two component silver filled silicone paste for bonding and sealing applications. It delivers exceptionally low volume resistivity of less than 0.004 ohm-cm as well as superior resistance to vibration and shock after cure. This system also has reliable dimensional stability and very low shrinkage upon cure, less than 0.1%. MasterSil 154 has been widely accepted for bonding and/or sealing of electronic components, electrical devices, various electro-optical systems and for special electronic circuitry.

MasterSil 711: Ultra Fast Curing, High Temperature Resistant Silicone

One component MasterSil 711 is a room temperature curing, non-corrosive curing silicone compound for bonding, sealing, coating and formed-in-place gaskets. It offers superior shock/impact resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties and is ideally suited for sealing delicate electronic components. Flexible bonds are formed when exposed to atmospheric moisture. MasterSil 711 requires no mixing or heat, and sets within 2-3 minutes.

MasterSil 705S: One Part, Silver Filled Silicone Adhesive

MasterSil 705S is a single component silicone paste that cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture. This easy to use compound is non-corrosive and has a very low volume resistivity of less than 0.01 ohm-cm. It combines both high flexibility and impressive bond strength with a service temperature range of -60°F to +400°F [-51°C to +200°C]. It also features superior adhesion to other silicones permitting wide applicability for use with most gasketing materials. It has been frequently employed in EMI/RFI shielding applications.

MasterSil 920-LO: Optically Clear, Low Stress System

MasterSil 920-LO is an ideal material for the encapsulation of sensitive electronic and optical components, especially when low stress is a critical requirement. It is a neutral curing, non-corrosive, RTV silicone that has very good flow properties. It also features outstanding electrical insulation values, which enhance its use as a conformal coating system. This product can also withstand rigorous thermal cycling, resists up to +500°F [+260°C] and is NASA low outgassing compliant.

MasterSil 972TC-LO: Thermally Conductive/Electrically Insulative Silicone

MasterSil 972TC-LO is capable of transferring heat while retaining superior dielectric properties. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics as well as many types of rubber and plastics. Most noteworthy is its ability to cure in thick sections or as an adhesive in wide cross sections. The system has very good flexibility and an elongation of 40-80%. It can withstand aggressive thermal cycling as well as thermal and mechanical shock. This compound is 100% solid and has a white color.

MasterSil 930: One Part Fluorosilicone Paste with Enhanced Chemical Resistance

MasterSil 930 is an acetoxy type fluorosilicone for bonding, sealing and coating. Its most prominent feature is excellent chemical resistance, particularly to fuels, oils and solvents when compared to more standard silicones. Featuring a hardness of 30-40 Shore A, MasterSil 930 is a flexible system and resists rigorous thermal cycling as well as mechanical and thermal shock. It is electrically insulative and has a volume resistivity of over 1014 ohm-cm. Its service temperature range is -85°F to +450°F.
