Select Master Bond systems suitable for bonding LCP include EP30LTE-LO, UV16, and LED405Med. Two-component low viscosity EP30-2 is curable at room temperature. It exhibits superior optical clarity, stupendous tensile strength, and impressive dimensional stability. Master Bond EP30LTE-LO is noted for having a low coefficient of thermal expansion. This thermally conductive system is highly electrically insulative. It is 100% reactive and has a low linear shrinkage. Single component, low viscosity, UV curable product UV16 will cross link rapidly upon exposure to UV light. It passes the NASA low outgassing requirements. ISO 10993-5 non-cytotoxicity tested LED405Med is a nanosilica filled LED curable product with excellent abrasion resistance.
